ALEX P. DEMEO - FOUNDER, CEO
Alex DeMeo is internationally recognized for his over 20 years as a leader of the interactive entertainment software industry, and for his innovative and highly effective electronic marketing and advertising successes.
Prior to founding Loyalty eXchange Partners in 2005, Alex was a driving force behind Absolute Entertainment & Imagineering Inc., who respectively marketed and developed over 130 interactive widely popular computer games focused on simulating commercial toys and popular television, sports and movie properties. Some of Alex's award-winning games included: Barbie, Scrabble, Home Alone, The Simpson's, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, ESPN Sunday Night Football, Ghost Busters and Star Trek. His project teams were masters of every major game system, including Atari, Commodore, Genesis, Sega and Nintendo. His success further led to licensing negotiations with top studios and corporations, such as Mattel, Milton Bradley, Disney, Merv Griffin Enterprises, ESPN, Fox and Paramount.
Using his unique expertise in consumer interactive design and marketing technology, Alex founded Vanguard InterActive in 1995. He has guided the creation of proprietary Internet targeted marketing, advertising and merchandising systems focused on providing critical transactional intelligence and maximizing advertisers' opportunities as their customers increasingly use the Internet for brand information and to make purchases. In the process, Vanguard InterActive has provided forward thinking marketers a unique combination of technology and strategy in the Business to Consumer (B2C) marketplaces which are struggling to find effective ways to leverage their traditional business strengths to on-line success, and do so without hurting their core business.

NEAL ZAMIL - CFO
Neal Zamil has over 20 years of extensive experience as a finance professional working at major multinational entertainment companies and entrepreneurial startups. Neal's experience includes corporate and divisional executive positions heading departments responsible for strategic planning and analysis, accounting, corporate reporting, budgeting and forecasting, operations and investor relations.
Neal began his career at Capitol Records in 1986 where he worked as a financial analyst for several divisions within the Capitol-EMI Music Group in Los Angeles. He moved to EMI Records in New York in 1993. In 1997, Neal served as Vice-President of Finance for Elektra Entertainment Group (a $300M division of AOL-Time Warner) where he grew the business for four consecutive years. In 2001, Neal became CFO of a startup company JCOR entertainment which achieved $20M in revenue in their first year.
Recently, Neal has been a financial consultant for various independent and startup operations including entertainment, marketing and technology companies.
Neal holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin.

HARRY FEINGOLD - GENERAL MANAGER
Harry Feingold is a seasoned businessman and sales authority, with wide-ranging experience in international banking and strategic business planning.
Harry's diversified background includes extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, as the founder of Babylon Telecommunications, Inc., (Babtel.Net), based in Baghdad, Iraq specializing in Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications and pre-paid phone services, and is currently the leading venture in rebuilding Iraq's telecom infrastructure. He also served as one of the founders of Skyway Partners, Inc., a company that was valued at $50M, who provided telephone, Internet and digital programming to residential properties and communities from 1996-2000.
Harry is a Principal with Northwestern Consultants, Inc., a real estate development company operating on both coasts, and has previously served as the managing partner of two real estate partnerships: Dollar Storage, in Riverhead, New York, and The Pines in Saluda, South Carolina. Harry has been a commercial real estate developer in New York, California and Florida. Additionally, Harry worked as a sole proprietor, factoring accounts receivables to Europe, the Middle East and Africa on U.S. Export-Import Bank insured telecommunications exports transactions for General Electric, American Antenna,
Harry's experience also extends to the film industry, as COO of Rave Entertainment, LLC, who produced and sold films to HBO, Showtime and Independent Channel Networks domestically and abroad.
Harry received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, with service in the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology from New York State University.

AVA VOLANDES - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Ava Volandes joined the company in 2007 as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Ava is a seasoned marketer with experience in both corporate and non profit marketing. Most recently she served as Senior Director Corporate Relations at the American Cancer Society where she headed the department and was responsible for generating awareness and funds for the Society through corporate partnerships. During her 2 years at the organization, she developed and implemented successful marketing programs with Fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan Chase and Foot Locker.
Prior to this, Ava served as Vice President, Global Marketing, at BMG Entertainment, developing corporate partnerships with companies such as Visa, American Airlines and ESPN. During her seven year tenure, Ava played an integral role in developing the partnership area of BMG's corporate marketing department, raising awareness and revenues on behalf of BMG's artist roster through creative and integrated marketing campaigns. Prior to joining BMG, Ava worked for six years with the Chase Manhattan Bank in various sales and marketing roles, completed their Management Development Program for executive trainees and was a relationship manager for private banking clients in Latin America.
Ava has always been an active member in the community. Her volunteer work includes organizations such as the Taproot Foundation, New York Cares, Prep for Prep and Germinares. Ava holds a B.A. from Boston University in International Relations.

MARÍA O. CONCEPCIÓN - DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS
An expert in diversity outreach, María O. Concepción joined the company in 2007 as Community Relations Director. Through her work in the nonprofit sector - most recently at the American Cancer Society - Maria has cultivated an impressive network of community and corporate contacts directing fundraising initiatives with school, community and faith-based organizations. Her understanding of fundraising, grassroots mobilization, issue advocacy, government and media relations work together to achieve measurable business results.
María is also a well known newspaper and television journalist having contributed regularly to the New York Daily News with a keen interest in social issues. Her award-winning documentaries and news reports have aired on PBS and NHK Japan Broadcasting in Asia.
She is a member of the National Hispanic Caucus of School Board Members and the Alumni Board at New York University. She also serves on selection committee for the Catherine B. Reynolds Social Entrepreneurship Award and as an advisory board member at Asociacion Tepeyac of New York.
María O. Concepción graduated from New York University with an M.A. in Latin American & Caribbean Studies, and a B.A. from the University of Miami in Art History and Anthropology.
